Outpatient services, such as CT scans, MRI, X-rays, and lab tests, can be a time-consuming process. We understand that life is busy and that when you’re sick or injured, waiting for labs and tests can be especially frustrating.

At East Valley ER – Chandler, we offer several testing options – 24/7 as a walk-in or by appointment. We can provide most results same-day with our in-house laboratory and radiology department.

How Outpatient Services Work at East Valley ER – Chandler

Your physician will simply fill out the appropriate lab and/or imaging form and send it to our facility via a secure fax system. Upon receipt of the order, our patient services manager will quickly contact the insurance company and begin the pre-authorization process (if not previously completed). Once pre-authorization is confirmed, we will immediately reach out to you and arrange for an appointment at your convenience. That’s it!

Cash Pay Options

Many private insurance companies vary on the approval of any testing that is deemed non-emergent, so we offer our patients a cash pay rate. Cash pay rates can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs and eliminate any need to wait for insurance approvals.
